General Questions regarding your visit

Yes, you can bring a picnic.  We have picnic benches located near the tearooms and the play area within the centre.

No picnics to be consumed in the tearooms.

However we do not have any undercover seating in bad weather.

We do sell small bags of animal food.  This can be used to feed the Sheep, Goats, Ponies, Pigs and our Cow.

Our Birds of Prey and Parrots have a very specialised diet so cannot be fed by the public.

Yes, the centre is accessible. The only area of the park that is not suitable for wheelchairs/scooters is the nature trail, lake and moorland walk.

Unfortunately as much as we are dog lovers, dogs are not permitted in the centre itself.  We do however have shaded kennels and a small dog walking area that you can use free of charge throughout your visit.

No matter how bad the weather is, we will always fly the birds.  We have the biggest indoor flying arena in the country. So if its pouring down with rain, we will be flying inside.
